From the North

Take I-93 south to Boston. On the expressway downtown, inside the Liberty Tunnel, take Exit #22 (Chinatown), on the left. At the top of the ramp, turn left onto Essex Street. Continue to Atlantic Avenue and turn left. Move into the right lane. At the next signal, turn right onto Summer Street. Continue past the new Convention Center. At the second set of lights on Summer Street, turn left onto Drylock Avenue into Boston Marine Industrial Park. Immediately after the guard building, turn left on Channel Street. The parking lot is at the corner of Drydock and Channel, in front of the building.


From the West

Follow the Mass. Pike East toward Logan Airport. Pass the I-90/I-93 interchange and enter a tunnel eastbound. Inside the tunnel, take Exit 25/South Boston. Stay left at the fork at the top of the ramp. At the traffic lights, turnright on Congress. Take the second right on D Street. At the second light on D Street, turn left on Summer Street. At the next signal, turn left on Drydock Avenue into the Marine Industrial Park. Immediately after the guard building, turn left on Channel Street. The parking lot is at the corner of Drydock and Channel, in front of the building.

From Logan Airport

Follow sings for the Ted Williams Tunnel/I-90 West/Mass Turnpike ($3 toll). From the right lane, take the first exit, Exit 25/South Boston. At the signal, turn right on Congress. Take the second right on D Street. At the second light on D Street, turn left on Summer Street. At the next signal, turn left on Drydock Avenue into the Marine Industrial Park. Immediately after the guard building, turn left on Channel Street. The parking lot is at the corner of Drydock and Channel, in front of the building.


From the South

Take I-93 north to Boston, take (new) Exit 20 to I-90 east/Logan Airport. You will travel into a new tunnel toward Logan Airport. Inside the tunnel, take Exit 25/South Boston. Stay left at the fork at the top of the ramp. At the signal, turn right on Congress. Take the second right on D Street. At the second light on D Street, turn left on Summer Street. At the next signal, turn left on Drydock Avenue into the Marine Industrial Park. Immediately after the guard building, turn left on Channel Street.
